Altitude Consultancy Services (ACS) was established in 2018 by Mohamed Inayathullah, who is the Founder and Managing Director, along with a team of dedicated HR Professionals.
He has over 25 years of Corporate HR experience in diversified industries such as FMCG, Banking, Real Estate and Service oriented companies. During his career he led the HR function in various capacities as Director of HR, Senior HR Consultant, Vice President-Head of Rewards, Performance, HR Projects and also as Head of HR. The companies he was associated with are considered as leaders in the respective industries.
During his tenure he had established 6 HR Departments in 4 countries and drafted and implemented four HR Policy Manuals. He was also closely associated with internationally acclaimed Management Consulting firms for HR Transformation Projects and for Compensation and Benefits Re-Structuring exercises.
He holds as Master Degree in International Business from the University of Missouri, USA and is also a certified HR Professional in Global Professional in HR (GPHR), HR Management Professional (HRMP) and HR Business Professional (HRBP) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI), USA. Further he is also certified practitioner in Hay & Mercer methodology for Employee Grade Structuring and Total Reward Management.
